STEWART FRANCIS EASTON

Keyboard Fantasies by Stewart Francis Easton is a series inspired by a a trip to Berlin, and a response to the Beverly Glenn-Copeland album Keyboard Fantasies.

He liked the idea of Beverly Glenn-Copeland transitioning gender. Stewart is most interested in the concept of transition as it applies to a sense of shifting perceptions of reality.

He writes, “I like the way that elements and outdated models are transitioning too. Hence stitch being used as a gentle protest against masculinity. Being reborn again - "ever new”

The lyrics to the song:-

Welcome the child whose hand I hold

Welcome to you both young and old

We are ever new, we are ever new

Welcome you both young and old….. beautiful lyric.

I think of this in the way we contain everything within us…”
